The following terms apply to all of our online sales.

Diamond Motorworks vehicles are properly safety inspected to maintain a consistency of representation to instill confidence in our customers. Rest assured, what is represented is what you get, or you have no obligation to buy. Keep in mind, do not assume there will be extra keys/books/manuals unless they are specifically shown in the pictures. Whichever accessories we have for a vehicle will be pictured or noted in the description.
All funding must be ready prior to committing to a vehicle. Please have financing pre-approved or funds in hand. We are a professional and dependable organization with serious intentions to conduct business with the utmost integrity and we expect the same reciprocity from our customers.
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Diamond Motorworks has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for sale. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Diamond Motorworks welcomes a buyer’s inspection. Buyer is responsible for any inspection fees or processes and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition of the vehicle. Vehicles may have a few extra hundred miles due to customer test drives, servicing, etc.
Unless otherwise noted, this vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. Some vehicles may still be covered under factory warranty. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer’s request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Payment:
We urge you to contact us to secure a vehicle with a deposit. Deposits are non refundable upon not obtaining financing or simply changing one’s mind, however fully refundable if customer if a vehicle is misrepresented, we emphasize this. Diamond Motorworks is not in the business to keep people’s deposits!
We accept certified funds as payment methods including cashiers checks, money orders, wire transfers and on some occasions cash. We offer a $100 discount for wire transfer payments made in full due to the convenience this creates for both sides.
Unless other arrangements have been agreed, all vehicles must be paid for in full within 5 days after a deposit is made. Due to rapidly evolving inventory and space constraints, a storage fee of $45 per day may be imposed for paid vehicles left on our facility for over 7 days. This storage fee does not apply to vehicles Diamond Motorworks is arranging shipping for.
In addition to the purchase price, all vehicles are subject to a $347.26 Illinois documentation fee, $99 detail and advertising fee which includes the cost of overnighting paperwork, airport pick ups, making sure your new vehicle is professionally detailed and other value added services and a $35 electronic vehicle registration fee. We provide nationwide 90 day temporary registration plates for $27.
Illinois customers will be charged sales tax, license plates fees ($151) title fees ($165), and a $35 Electronic Vehicle Registration fee. There are also a few tax reciprocal states which Diamond Motorworks collects sales tax, but you only get taxed once. Nearly all out of state deals and out of country deals will require no additional tax collected from Diamond Motorworks. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Shipping:
Diamond Motorworks arranges shipping through reputable and insured companies. Shipping can take between 1-2 weeks depending on what location in the country the vehicle is going to.
Shipping is handled with the utmost care by professionals. Diamond Motorworks is not responsible for vehicles once they left our dealership; the insured shipper or carrier is and insurance information can be provided upon request.
